To reflect and act thanks to the timecards. Experience the operational part, that's where change begins (if you want to change) or fun (if you want to enjoy).
With family and friends: people have always played by throwing cards, tiles, dice and coins. Arrange the 23 cards on a table with the picture facing up. Each person takes a turn looking at them and choosing one: each card has a message for each person. You can keep it to yourself or share it, in groups, in dyads, but also with your coach or therapist (if you have one).
The Time Box is the box of time: open it to find new ideas for living it to the fullest. It is not a magic box, because you make the magic, paper by paper.
